Here at Stay Fit Gratiot County

Here at Stay Fit, we offer a friendly atmosphere for every gym-goer. On the ground floor, we have a variety of exercise machines and equipment for those looking to build or tone muscles. We have an assortment of accessories and fitness equipment to assist you in reaching your goals. Upstairs is a climate controlled cardio center for our members to burn fat and build cardiovascular endurance. All of these amenities are available to our members 24/7, 365 days a year. We are not just a gym with equipment! We provide on-the-floor coaching, workouts of the day, food planning, and motivation! We are happy to provide a friendly fitness environment to a variety of members. On a daily basis, we see heavy lifters, adults (often accompanied by their minor children) who are committed to living healthy lifestyles, and students of all ages. We even have a contingent of seniors and high school students who receive a discounted rate.

Staying Fit is not always a “do it yourself” job. That’s why we take pride in teaching our clients how to use the equipment, how to work their muscles for optimal results and how to put together a workout plan that keeps both their muscles and their brain stimulated!
We lead many informal circuits on the gym floor – workouts of the day – during the week. These may be designed to work a specific body part or work the total body. Not only will these workouts provide a combination of cardio and resistance training, but they are included with your membership!

Healthy eating can be enjoyable and easy to do!  Members follow our various food plans to burn fat and build muscle.  We help people understand how to make all food groups work properly together to achieve specific goals and last a lifetime!
